Dear Courageous Mama,
I want you to know that I love you. No matter when or how your baby died, you deserve nothing but love and support. And that, beautiful mama, is what I have for you.
I love you in your moments of celebration. I love you in your moments of grief.
I love you when you see two lines. I love you when you when the lines aren’t there.
I love you when your brow is furrowed with worry. I love you when your smile comes easy.
I love you if you in your moments of hope. I love you when the fear takes hold.
I love you when you want to show off your bump. I love you when you would rather hide from the world.
I love you when you feel uncertain. I love you when you must make the most impossible of decisions.
I love you for wishing time would move quickly. I love you for wanting to linger in the moments where everything feels right.
I love you for deciding that this baby is your last. I love you if that’s not a decision you ever get to make.
I love you when you are afraid of more heartbreak. I love you when you try again.
I love you if you have a baby in your arms. I love you if you have a baby in your heart.
I love you when you are chasing rainbows. I love you when you are caught in the most breathtaking storm.
But, most of all, I love you for being courageous.
No matter where your journey to motherhood takes you, I am here to love you and support you.
I can think of no one more deserving.
Love,
A Fellow Courageous Mama
